    Do you offer free return shipping?

    We do not offer free return shipping unless the item is defective or a mistake was made in the order. We charge $8.95 for a return label for all discretionary returns.

    Shipping Methods

    Spain Trade Center supports Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping services in most countries and regions.

    In most cases, here are the major differences between them:

    DHL, UPS, Correos, Correos Express, KEAVO, Packlink Selection, SEUR, STARPACK, TNT, Zeleris.

    Delivery Time

    Affected by COVID-19, the time required for the production, packaging, and shipping of your order will be longer than normal.

    Different countries and regions have different delivery estimated time, following is an overview:

    • Spain: 24-48 hours
    • Europe: 1 - 5 days
    • USA: 2 - 5 days
    • Canada: 2 - 5 days
    • Australia: 3 - 8 days
    • Russia: 5 - 15 days

    How do I track my parcel?

    You can track your parcel in 2 ways:

    1. Use the reference number (UN2020COM0001234) and your email address and use our tracking:  Tracking
    2. Use the carrier's tracking webpage and their unique tracking ID number that is displayed on the postage label, as explained below:

    Hermes Tracking:

    • Carrier tracking webpage: MY HERMES TRACKING
    • Use the 16 digit tracking number as shown on the label

    DPD Tracking :

    • Carrier tracking webpage: DPD TRACKING
    • Use the 10 digits consignment number as shown on the label

    UPS Tracking: 

    • Carrier tracking webpage: UPS TRACKING
    • Use the 18 digits tracking ID as shown on the label (please select the country of destination)

    DHL Tracking:

    • Carrier tracking webpage: DHL TRACKING
    • Use the tracking number (consignment number) as shown on the label

     

    Please remember:

    1. Both the sender and the recipient can monitor the tracking of the parcel.
    2. It is always the responsibility of the customer to monitor the transit until delivery.
    3. In case of abormalities during transit, the seller must contact customer support to give instructions to the carrier before the parcel is returned to the sender.
    4. If the transit status is not updated for more than 48 hours, contact our customer support.

    Can I place an order without creating an account?

    Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping cart items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit our Registration Form and follow the instructions on-screen.

    Can I alter my order?

    Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

    What countries do you ship to?

    We ship to most regions worldwide.

    Payments

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal. If you decide to use PayPal, you’ll be taken to the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

    Returns

    Can I return or exchange an item?

    You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend ordering the two closest matches and returning the one that doesn’t fit.

    Dropshipping

    Do you support dropshipping?

    Spain Trade Center is a professional wholesale market platform serving wholesalers and retailers, but we also support dropshipping. What you should to do is just making a remark when placing an order.

    No Extra Fee and No License Needed.

    We don't have any MOQ for Dropshipping.

    Wholesale

    Do you have any MOQ for Wholesale?

    We have two different plans for Wholesale customers:

    1. Your order amount is minimum 1000 € - 60% discount. No MOQ.

    2. Minimum quantity for each product - 1 box (16 items). Minimum order amount - 5000 € - 70% discount.
